Hazrat Isa Alaihis salam | Hashmi Academy

The name of Hazrat Isa Alaihis salam mother was Bibi Maryam. Allah had chosen her for a great miracle. Angel Jibrael appeared to her in the shape of a man. He gave her the news that she would be blessed with a son whose name shall be Isa.
Maryam said to him: “How shall I have a son when no man has touched me?” The angel replied: “God creates what He wills. When he has decreed a plan, He only says to it ‘Be’ and it happens.” When Hazrat Isa Alaihis salam was born, Maryam took to him to her people. When they saw the child, they said that she was a disgrace to her family. Maryam kept quiet and pointed towards the child.
The people wondered how a child could speak to them. At that moment, Hazrat Isa Alaihis salam spoke and told the people that he had been sent to them as a prophet from Allah. Allah bestowed several miracles upon Hazrat Issa Alaihis salam. He could, by the grace of Allah, heal lepers, restore sight to blind people, make birds out of clay and breathe life into them and bring the dead back to life.
The greatest miracle was that he was born without a father and could speak from infancy. When Hazrat Issa Alaihis salam was thirty years old, Allah revealed His book, Injil to him and commanded him to invite the Jews to the true religion. For three years, he preached the commandment of Allah to the Jews. But only a few accepted the true faith.
The majority of the Jews became his enemies and decided to kill him. They took him away to crucify him. But, before he could be crucified, he was taken alive to Heaven by Allah. The Holy Quran clearly says that Hazrat Isa Alaihis salam never claimed to be the son of Allah. He was a prophet whose mission was to preach the true religion of Allah. His birth and death were signs of the power of Allah.
