Love for our Country
Pakistan is an independent, Islamic country where Muslims are in majority. It was created on 14th August, 1947 after a long and hard struggle and many sacrifices on the part of the Muslims of the sub-continent. We should love our country in the creation of which many Muslims lost their lives and properties. We should be loyal to it.
We should not hesitate to offer sacrifices for its sake. The future of the country lies in your hands. You should work hard for its development, peace and prosperity and live your lives according to the teachings of Islam. You must be honest in everything you say or do, so that people will trust you. You should work hard at school and obey your parents and teachers.
Then you will grow up to be a useful member of society and a good citizen of Pakistan. You must keep your home, your school and your neighbourhood clean and tidy. By keeping your environment clean, you can help to make Pakistan a beautiful place to live in.
If we all work together, we can make Pakistan a great nation. In this way, we can show our love for our country. We should also love our fellow beings. We should be polite and generous towards them. We must avoid hurting people and being cruel to them.
